Business Identity Checked
We verify the business name and contact details. For limited companies, we also check Companies House records.
Local Business Check
We confirm the business operates within North East Scotland.
Insurance Verified
Members provide evidence of current public liability insurance.
Credentials Checked
Where a trade requires specific registration or certification, this is independently checked (e.g. Gas Safe Register).
Ongoing Accountability
Members must continue to meet our standards. Customers can report concerns and we may remove the Verified badge if standards are not met.
